using Say2GO client

If you are not yet registered as a user of Say2GO, you can easily do so in the Welcome screen of Say2GO messenger. Just click "Create a new account" button. The "Create New Say2GO Account" screen will appear. Fill "Say2GO Name" and "Password" fields. Re-type your password again in "Confirm password" field. Confirm that you agree with Say2GO disclaimer by checking "I have read and agreed with Say2GO disclaimer" checkbox. Press "Create" to complete registering in Say2GO. You will get a confirmation box:

When registered, you can log into Say2GO from your welcome "Say2GO: Sign In" screen by specifying your User Name and Password in corresponding fields followed by clicking "Sign in" button. After signing in, your roster window will appear.

From you contact list window you can add friends into your contact list by clicking "Add/Find contact" button, and then entering the friend´s User Name into the text box and press "Add Contact". Immediately upon your invitation your friend will receive the notification and be offered to add him/her to your contact list. Similarly, when your friend decides to add you to own contact list, you will receive a similar request. Upon acceptance your friend will appear in your contact list.

Your communication with friends happens in "Chat window". To initiate communication session, click on a desired user record in the contact list to expand the row. Then click on the picture to open Chat Window. Use the bottom area to enter text and either click "Send" button or press Enter to send a text message. Your message will appear in the upper area. Your friend will receive your message in his/her chat window.

Besides traditional text message you can record a voice message which will be sent to your friend along with automatically recognized text. To send a voice message, either press and hold "Space" button on your keyboard or click "Rec" button in Chat window. "Recording" label in the lower left corner of Chat window will indicate ongoing recording. During recording you should narrate your message and then release either "Space" or "Rec" to complete the recording. You will be presented with a choice to either send, edit, or cancel the message. Click "Send" button to send your voice message over. Your friend will get the recognized text along with your original message. By clicking on "Play" link your friend will be able to play back your message. You can also play back messages you have sent in your Chat window.
